We work with our clients through a five-stage process:
- Having a conversation with you to determine your individual or organizational goals.
As every individual and organization is different, our partnership will be different with each client. - Determining which instruments (NBI®, IDI® or both) to incorporate in the educational partnership between you and us.
- Administering the instruments to the relevant parties.
- Debriefing the instruments.
Helping people to understand their own positioning as well as that of their peers related to each instrument’s measurements.
